Zarummai Nasir was born in Sokoto in Sokoto North Local Government Area of Sokoto State on 4th April 1973.
He attended the
Usman Danfodio University,He attended the
Sokoto and graduated with Bachelors Degree Computer Science in 1998. He was the IT administrator in the University from 2000 – 2005.
State Technical Coordinator ID Card project 2003 – 2004,
United Nations System (WHO, IT Assistant) in Nigeria 2005 – 2007.
Special Adviser on ICT to Sokoto State Governor (2007 – 2013). He is married with children.
